Join the HOPEFUL team

Joining the HOPEFUL team puts you in a position to be an positive change agent while supporting the work we do in Uganda and Jamaica. We have a catalog of age appropriate events you can organize to spread the word about Fields of Growth and help advance our cause. Other ways to get involved.

Internships: An emerging trend on colleges and campuses around the country is experiential learning. Most pre-professional majors now require a full semester internship. Fields of Growth is a great place for proactive, entrepreneurial interns to come and thrive. If you are a college student with an internship requirement we would love to talk with you.

Study Abroad: We have a partnership with SIT World Learning that enables us to place college students in our Uganda program for the fall semester, while earning college credit. Please visit our Study Abroad page for more information.

Travel with us: We have a serious need for coaches and teachers on the ground in Uganda and Jamaica. Our travel programs require you to join the HOPEFUL team and go through our Global Leadership Experience curriculum to ensure sustained interest and intellectual development.
