Fields of Growth International is a charitable organization with community based partnerships in Uganda (East Africa) and Costa Rica (Central America.) Our organization was founded with the belief that we were put on this earth to share our passion, joy and gifts with others. Fields of Growth is about more than sharing the game of lacrosse, but lacrosse is a key component in our mission, because our organization believes in the power of passion and enthusiasm. We believe that when you share the things that bring you the most joy that you are doing exactly what God created you to do and that’s a great feeling.

Mission Statement and Core Commitments
Fields of Growth currently has community partnerships in Uganda and Costa Rica that we are supporting financially as well as with volunteers on service trips:
Uganda Lacrosse Union: Fields of Growth has spearheaded the creation of the Uganda Lacrosse Union out of Makerere University Business School, one of the top business schools in East Africa. This is the focus of our serious lacrosse activities and where we have an internship program and are working to build a Uganda Cranes National Team.
HOPEFUL Uganda: We are working with this community based organization in the Masaka District of Uganda to build a school (HOPEFUL School) for orphans and vulnerable children. We have also built village athletic fields, support an HIV outreach for infected children and social entrepreneurism for women’s groups.
Batwa Development Program: We work with this community organization deep in South West Uganda on the perimeter of the Bwindi Impenetrable Rainforest on a home building project for the Batwa Pygmies. We have also purchased and developed land for a Batwa sports integration program.
