Welcome

The lacrosse community is incredibly unique — unlike any other sporting community in the world; passionate, intelligent, industrious, creative, social and generous. People who play lacrosse tend to feel an enthused moral obligation to share the game, honor the game and grow the game. We seek to harness the positive culture that exists in the lacrosse community into revolving social impact.

As a player, coach and teammate I have probably experienced more personal growth on the the lacrosse field than anywhere else in my life. The 110 x 60 yard lacrosse field is a platform for physical, social and personal development. Using the game as a platform for advancing the common good is what our organization is all about. The metaphorical symbolism ensued by the name Fields of Growth plays out in reality through our commitment to Global Leadership, Service to Others and Growing the Game.

Vist our Join our Team page to get involved. Whether you are interested or skeptical I encourage you to email me to ask questions, kevin.dugan@fieldsofgrowth.org – our work has a revolving impact.

Action is Character,

Kevin Dugan

No other sport really comes close. “I don’t think [...]
